  1. How long have you been CrossFitting and what got you started? I began going to Carole’s rowing classes in 2010. Had my second child and started back with Carole in Jan 2013. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
  1. What is your favorite WOD/lift/skill?  I love a good heart pumping TABATA
  1. What are your CrossFit goals?  Immediate/Long-term  I would like to build my endurance and strength back up. And be able to fit back into my size 8 jeans!
  1. If you weren’t doing CrossFit, you’d be… miserable
  1. Has CrossFit changed your life? How? It most certainly has changed my life in everyway imaginable. I feel better about myself when I know I am working out and being healthier for my family
  1. Once you see the WOD each day, what’s the first thing you do/think? Where does Carole come up with this stuff?! But I love it!!
  1. What’s something that most people don’t know about you? I was an EMT for 2 years. And always wanted to pursue a career in the medical field.
  1. What’s your day job? How does CrossFit help you in your job? Well according to my 4 year old daughter Addi my job is working out. I am a mom of two. I have a lot more energy to keep up with both of them.
  1. Why did you choose our studio? Carole is an amazing trainer and friend! I love all the ladies so much and we all get along so well! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
  1. What would you say to someone who was thinking of coming to our studio but nervous about getting started? Don’t put if off any longer! I was always one of those people that would say oh I’ll start in a week or two. Just do it! It will be one of the best things you can do for yourself!
